APANA® is the Registered Trademark of the Australian Public Access Network Association Inc.
As APANA WA is administered by volunteers, 24 hour around the clock support is not feasible on our network. Wherever possible, we try to deal with support enquiries as quickly as possible, but, at times, this is not always possible.
We have the email alias support@wa.apana.org which is forwarded to a nominated member of the support team. If that support member is logged on, you may get a response to your enquiry very quickly (if that member of the support team knows how to deal with your problem). Your message is also forwarded to the newsgroup "apana.wa.support" for all members to see and hopefully from there someone can help as well. Note that sometimes the email that you send to support may lay dormant for a while until the support member reads their emails.
We have a voicemail service: (08) 6210 1701, which we endeavour to check daily. There can be times where this may not always be possible.
In case of urgent matters or emergencies, a mobile number is available: 0405 830 277, which in most cases will connect you to a support volunteer. Please do appreciate that the person you are speaking to is volunteering their time to assist and will do what can reasonably be done to address your enquiry.
APANA WA's support pages contain connection information for dialups, browser settings etc.
For ongoing support for Internode's ADSL connections, please contact Internode's support team; APANA can help with
the initial setup.
