APANA WA has two rotaries, for 33.6 Kbps and 56 Kbps connections.
The pricing is as follows:

12 month 33.6k access and APANA membership: $250
6 month 33.6k access and APANA membership: $130
12 month 56k access and APANA membership: $295
6 month 56k access and APANA membership: $150
